Selects programmes with partners, keeps the public record, and coordinates reporting. It does not let visitors publish their own fundraisers.
Healo Association
The association role, operating entity and named officers will be stated here once confirmed.
Partner organisations
Deliver the work they have accepted, keep supporting records, and report against the agreed plan.
Budget approval
A programme is not presented for contribution until the budget, costs and recipient are agreed.
Who holds funds
The actual recipient is identified before any money is collected. Transfers follow the published arrangement for that programme.
Conflicts of interest
Relevant interests are declared before a programme is approved. Confirmed handling rules will be published with the operating entity.
Evidence and escalation
Records are reviewed against the delivery plan. Incomplete records or delivery are escalated to the named programme owner. Reviewed evidence is not automatically accepted or verified evidence.
